Cutting-Edge 400 kt p.a. Cement Grinding Facility
Horizontal Ball Mill & Bag Filter Technologies for Consistent Quality and Compliance.
The plant utilizes the new and modern 400kt p.a. cement grinding equipment with pioneering technology and efficient cement manufacturing facility. Its Horizontal Ball Mill Technology produces more consistent quality cement products compared to the vertical process commonly used by other cement plants. It also makes use of the efficient Bag Filter Technology that would ensure quality packaging. The plant manufactures both Portland Cement Type 1 and Blended Hydraulic Cement Type 1P Cement products. From the raw materials, clinker storage, to the feed bin structures, to the cement silo and the packhouse – structural foundations and buildings are being carefully laid out to the details to ensure maximum efficiency of operations.
Strengthening Local Cement Capacity
Reducing 20% Import Dependence Through Domestic Output

Goals and Targets
Current data shows that from as early as 2021, post pandemic, the government has committed to pump prime the economy through infrastructure projects to immediately push the demand growth for cement products back to 7% to 11%.
Aside from a few local suppliers, Region 12 has depended largely on imported cement to augment their supply of cement products. Local supply remains short of the demand and, as such, about 20% of the total supply comes from imports that are significantly costly to ship into the area. Currently, cement imports in Regions 11 and 12 is at P1.4M tons per year.
The goal of Abbah King Cement Corporation is to produce enough cement products that will ultimately augment the demand that locals had to bridge with costly products that needed to come from other locations.
