To jumpstart the initial operations of the AKCC Plant in Malbang, Maasim, HR Manager Anna Ochoa held the first ever formal introduction of AKCC to its pioneer employees last May 27-29, 2024 through its Company Orientation and Teambuilding Activities.

Providing the employees with the basic history, mission, vision and goals of the company, HR Department endeavoured to present who AKCC is and what it hopes to achieve as a business, as an employer and as an organization.

Indoor teambuilding activities were also given as a critical part of developing work attitudes and values among the employees.
