Seeing the opportunity of building the first cement manufacturing facility in Region 12 SOCCSKARGEN in Mindanao, Philippines, and designed to address the construction and development market in the fast evolving economic areas in the nearby Cities and Provinces. Abbah King Cement Corporation bravely faced the challenge and established the first Cement Manufacturing Plant in the area in the midst of the post-CoVid pandemic effects.
The Plant utilized a 14.2 hectares of land in Brgy. Malbang, Maasim, Sarangani Province where 70% of natural land is made up of limestone that is a major raw material of cement in addition to its ideal location which is 5 kilometres away from the port facilities and from the Sarangani Energy Corporation, thereby reducing operations cost to its minimum.
