Led by AKCC Human Resources Department, a workshop on Corporate Culture Development was held for all the employees last March 30,31 and April 2 – designed to awaken among its employees that every action and objective that each employee has and undertakes- actually set the culture within the organization.

A challenge was posted among the employees on what kind of culture they believe will bring AKCC to its most productive potential. And the employees themselves, guided with the core principles on corporate culture building, have set their own standards that will truly make AKCC an ideal organization to work in.

The Supervisory Skills training for both senior and junior officers was also held on April 1 that collectively equipped the AKCC leaders with the necessary tools and templates on how to exercise proper leadership and command respect of their subordinates.

Mr. Mon Benitez, AKCC Plant Administrator and Ms Anna Ochoa, AKCC Human Resources Manager, thanked their trainor, Ms. Cheng Rasco, for these very practical yet helpful trainings that she conducted for AKCC.
